The year is 2010.
Crime rates are at it's highest peaks. Murder, vandalism, and street racing are the main focus.
The police force is getting quite frustrated with his inflation and will soon give up if help is not provided soon.
Their main concern is a racing circuit that has been boiling underground for quite some time. It's been flooding the headlines and no driver has yet to be caught. Another thorn in the city's side is the involvement of the mafia. They seem to be recruiting drivers and betting on each race. The losing drivers have come up missing so the racers have been taught one thing. Live fast or die hard. It has become the main motto of all drivers in the circuit. The mafia has their hand on everything and is slowly taking over this secret practice. Trackers have been released by the police to watch over as undercover drivers.They are to report back on everything that goes on in each race and some have been known to kidnap drivers and even some of the members of the mafia. It's a pretty dangerous time and it's showing no signs of getting any better.
