So what did you do to land yourself here? Coming out to really uptight parents is what usually does it, they just can’t handle the fact their son or daughter is gay so they ship them here. That’s what you’re here for you know, oh yeah, True Directions isn’t just another everyday boarding school, they sent you here to try straighten you out. Pardon the pun. The funny thing is some teenagers don’t even realise they’re gay till they get here, their parents just send them off because they realise it first. Some even get sent away and they really are straight!
Don’t worry too much though, they might have sent you here to get you ‘all fixed up’ but there is no such thing as a heterosexual handbook (well there is they just don’t call it that, doesn’t work anyway) and as long as you don’t get caught it’s the best place to find yourself a partner, if thats what you want. Some kids listen to the teachers and try force themselves straight because they have to for some reason or another, others pull a great escape and usually end up trying to make the town better for the students. None of thats for me though, I'm just going to keep my head down, graduate when I'm finally 'Straight' and then go find a place with my girlfriend. Hey I'd leave, really I would, but the trill of almost getting caught by the teachers every night is just too fun.
