Outfit Sarah stepped through the grass as quick as she could. If she wasn't careful, she'd twist her ankle with her stiletto heels getting caught in the ground. Or worse, she could ruin her brand new ankle boots. The designer wasn't even open to the public yet, and Sarah did not want to risk losing her gorgeous boots to the terrors of the lawn of the college grounds.
Sarah silently berated herself for coming to the college on a Saturday. Still, she'd get points off of her latest assignment if she didn't turn it in by ten this morning. Unfortunately, Sarah's design teacher was a stickler for the rules and wouldn't budge. Sarah had to get up at six this morning in order to get ready to leave her apartment to get the assignment to the school. Sarah was never one to leave the apartment without looking her very best, and even when no one was at the school, it was no exception. Sarah refused to be seen in public without looking her best.
Today, Sarah wore a pair of stylish Lucky jeans paired with a black and white striped Buckle sweater shirt that was completely flattering to her curves and yet totally slimming. The ankle boots were a great touch, paired with a plain black Prada handbag and dreamcatcher black earrings. Sarah looked absolutely stunning. Of course, that she always did.
Finally reaching the concrete, Sarah smiled to herself. It was a nice day out today. The breeze was blowing smoothly, but the sun warmed her so that she didn't freeze from the chilly air. Besides her design teacher, it felt like everything was working in Sarah's favor today.
Sarah pulled out her brand new purple cell phone and checked her schedule for the day. First, she would turn in her assignment. Then, she would swing by Starbucks to get some work done on her literature essay. Afterwards, she and Blake were going shopping. She would close the night clubbing with Blake, Nate, and Seth. What an absolutely perfectionate day!

disposiable teen Why did the college grounds have to be so huge?
Gabe honestly thinks that these college could survive on campus without the five foot by seven foot abstract sculptors and the several path walks that seem to only lead to more path walks. It's amazing he had yet to hear of a person getting lost on the grounds of this campus and starve to death or something of the sort. It just seemed to easy to take a wrong turn and end up on what was like the other side of the world. The little signs and maps didn't help too much anyway. They were just a bunch of colorful lines that are drawn in selective paths. Maybe if he understood those lines then he wouldn't be in his position. But it wasn't like he was going to admit that to himself. Not right away, at least.
He took another turn to find himself facing a lush grass patch. His nose wrinkled. Not because it was terrible to see random grass patches but because he still had no idea where he was. His arms was starting to cramp from the two heavy books he had in his backpack. He shifted his weight from one foot to another, as if it was going to help any. Still feeling the straps cut into his shoulder, he re-adjusted it. Then he looked around for something or someone. No, scratch that last one. Gabe was certainly not going to ask someone for directions on a college campus of all things. The reasons were simple. One, he was a male. Two, knowing his luck, he is bound to run into them again soon enough. And three, that person will think he is a loser /freak /mental /whatever. He bit his lip and looked behind his back. Upon seeing no one, he dropped his bag in the mud and sat on it.
What a nice day. Then again, when was it not a nice day in Miami? The sun was bright- almost obnoxiously so- and the breeze was therapeutic. The grass smelled like it was freshly cut, a smell that Gabe has long adored. He sat there for a few minutes, cracking his shoulders and just relaxing. At the moment he didn't care that he looked like a bum, sitting on his belongings. But it didn't last for long. It never does.
'I guess they still believe that bigger is better' Gabe thought as He looked around at the surrounding buildings and campus. For whatever reason, he felt happy that he didn't get into college the last semester. It might be the fact that he was sure he would be the only kid to be late to every single class and lecture, or it might be the fact that he would have to deal with this place almost every day. It is a bittersweet thing, not getting into college. At the moment he was quite board with his life, reading and work and reading and work. But then again he wasn't totally positive that College would have any affect on that. Oh yeah, work. He rolled his eyes in a complete circle.
Gabe gave a long sigh and reached back down to his backpack. He still had no idea where he was going and he still had to be to work in a half an hour. The girl before him always left a tad bit early, and he didn't really want to take a bus on a day like today. He brushed a few strands of hair out of his face (they fell back into his eyes however) and continued on his way.
After a while, he saw a girl that seemed to be enjoying the day as much as he. Instantly, he reached behind him to brush off non-existent dirt from the back of his jeans. Then he looked both ways and stepped forward. By the looks of it, this girl was one of the popular ones. Why else would someone wear heels that threaten the well-being of yourself and everyone around you? He had half a mind to walk past without saying anything. This would result in him sounding uptight, somewhat bastard-ish if you will. But if he listened to the other half that told him to go up and introduce himself, well. Gabe looked to the side and then to the ground. If someone did that to him, he would be shocked and then frightened for his life. It just wasn't something you do to a complete stranger.
So, choosing a happy medium, as he walked by (considerably slower) he gave her a slight smile and said, "Hello. Nice day, isn't it?" In a voice that he was sure came off as 'hello, I'll get the fuck away from you now.' He gave a smile and continued to walk. Walk where, he was not exactly sure. Every few seconds he would fuss around with something, his hair or his cloths or his bag.

Outfit Seeing a guy come up beside her, Sarah slowed her pace a bit. She had seen the guy a second ago. He looked like he was having trouble finding his way around. The college campus could be quite confusing at times. There were times when Sarah herself couldn't figure out where she was going or how to get there. But over the summer, Sarah had taken a map-reading college course, and she found it extremely useful around this strange area. Luckily, Sarah was also gifted with an easy personality, and she could walk up to any person and ask for directions, even a complete stranger. So, she didn't quite know what kind of turmoil this guy was going through. But she had a pretty good idea.
"Hey," she replied to him. "Yeah, it is a really pretty day." She struggled to keep his stride in her high stiletto heels. "Hey, you looked like you were having trouble finding your way around a second ago. Do you need some help?" Sarah walked up in front of the guy and stopped so he couldn't keep walking. If she kept walking at his pace, she'd wind up breaking an ankle. She smiled a friendly smile, as warm as the Miami sun. It felt so refreshing to meet someone new. She'd been hanging out with the same kids since they were in diapers, and she always liked making people she didn't know feel welcome to hang around her even though she was the second-in-command of the college Royals. She was someone that a lot of people looked up to, and she planned to keep it that way by being the best person she could ever even possibly hope to be.
Sarah looked around the campus. She could see a lot of kids hustling in and out of classrooms. Most were taking weekend classes, but there were also a lot in Sarah's position. It was obvious that a lot of kids forgot assignments at home on Friday mornings, so a lot of people tended to turn assignments in on Saturday mornings.
