Tokyo is a highly active city, there are all sorts of problems, this is no different then american. They have there problems with drugs and kids, but there is one different thing that is becoming popular. American students started going to the country, an opportunity that Americans come here.
Americans are happy, meeting new friends, and you can even learn how to speak japanese there are people more then willing to teach the students there language. You can do anything in Tokyo, go to night clubs, relax, which was only a little bit of the life here. It's bigger then New York City.
As time comes how will everyones time will be, the adventures the kids could have, to go new places, travel and go to night clubs. This place is also known as one big party, everyone is going to have fun.
