Hello, Hollywood. In Hollywood, California everything seems like what they say it is in the magazines. People are going for fortune and fame, and you have to be a somebody to be anybody. The celebrities are like that, and so is there life. Whether someone is an A-Lister or a B-Lister, in this town it's about how far up you can get and how long you can stay there. It is exactly the same for the high school students and the college students, but in the schools' things are ruled by popularity even more.
Lists have come out before in Reslinn High School, the lists stated who was popular and who wasn't. Some people say it's rigged, that is has to be, but they are usually the people not in the Top Ten. They are the nobodies, so no one listens to them anyway. In Levingstein University, people do ridiculous things just to get into people's minds. People join clubs and sports, and they do the craziest things to get in. You might be anywhere else in the world and think that popularity is a problem at your local school, but it isn't - not compared to all of Hollywood.
These schools' and their students are made up by the cliques and lists. The cliques classify who goes on the lists. There are popular students and the not so popular students. But also these students are made up by their secrets. Yes, their secrets. These things are tried to be kept private, but they normally end up going public in this town. Only naturally, of course. These secrets link to drama and their drama links all the way back to their popularity life.
Popularity is life, and getting to the top of the charts is everybodies life. People tell you that you've got to make a journey in life, and in Hollywood getting as close to the top as you can is that journey. You can make that journey, at Praying for Love in a Lap Dance.
